Online Executive MBA at Anderson School of Management
Small Teams, Immersive Experiences
Designed for busy executives and business leaders in a variety of industries, the Anderson School of Management's Executive MBA features live online Saturday classes, networking events, alumni engagement and two weeklong immersive experiences that bookend course delivery.
As a professional in the 43-credit-hour EMBA, you'll be grouped into a small team within your cohort. You'll share ideas in face-to-face activities and online classes to optimize your leadership development.
- Students from any undergraduate background may apply.
- Significant work experience, including leadership or managerial experience, is required to qualify for the program.
On-Campus Immersion and International Residency
The Executive MBA's two immersive experiences allow you to dive deep into the structure and practices of leading and building teams. Executive, government and thought leaders teach business theories and best practices during these in-person experiences.
The first-term experience orients you to the EMBA, leads you through leadership assessments and helps you build positive team dynamics.
For the final semester experience, you'll select a one-week international residency, or a domestic residency such as The Washington Campus, which focuses on public affairs and public policy.

Anderson's Executive MBA faculty are among the best and brightest in their fields. Their expertise in business and organizations helps position you at the leading edge of strategy and execution.
You'll engage with a new brand of leader who applies interdisciplinary practices to make positive changes in business education.
